PPE's air-to-water intercooler kit is a bolt-on cooling upgrade for the 2011-2026 Ford 6.7L Powerstroke. This version uses a raw intercooler with brushed-aluminum pipes and replaces the restrictive factory unit with a 50% larger all-aluminum bar-and-plate core.
PPE redesigned the coolant path and cast-aluminum end tanks to improve heat transfer and airflow through the core. PPE states the intercooler is 63% less restrictive than stock, helping reduce pressure drop, intake-air temperature and EGT under sustained load.
